The Customer Order Portal is just one of many benefits that come along with
being a Telx customer. Here you are able to access important information and
order your cross connects on-line, at your convenience 24x7x365. Telx
strives to make your experience with us as trouble-free as possible, so if you
have not signed-up for access to our customer portal please do so without delay.
In order to access Telx's Customer Order Portal the following requirements
must be met:
• Companies must be an existing Telx customer
• Existing customer's financial account status must be current
• Before a new customer can place a cross connect order through the
portal they first must have their company profile set-up in our database
Don't have a username/password? Please contact our Director of Customer Relations, Lenora Avila at lavila@telx.com to acquire a unique username and password to access the system. Once you are given your unique information, Telx requires that you go back into the portal and reset your password.
Forgot your password? If at anytime you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" function by the main log-in screen. If you are still unable to gain access to the Telx Customer Portal feel free to call Lenora Avila at 212-480-3300 ext 2017.
