Telx is committed to excellence, and to not only meet customer expectations, but to exceed them. To help us achieve this goal, we invite business and industry representatives, customers and partners within our Telx network to work with us in an advisory capacity to improve our strategic plans.
The primary objectives of the advisory committees over the next year are to:
- Provide Insight into Business, IT and Networking Requirements
- Help Set Future Direction of Telx
- Customer Service/Satisfaction Feedback
Telx has a Channel Partner Advisory and Service Provider Advisory Committee that meet via conference calls on a quarterly basis as well an in person meeting on an annual basis. Each committee has 6-10 members made of senior leadership from Telx as well as key customers.
Officers and Corresponding Duties:
- Telx Executive Sponsor: CEO
- Telx Sales Leader: EVP Sales
- Telx Business Leader: President and CFO
- Customer Advisory Chair: Volunteer
- Customer Advisory Assistant Chair: Volunteer
Benefits to Advisory Committee Membership include joining an elite group of peers within the industry to gain business and technical insight along with improving the services Telx provides to meet the customer requirements more effectively.
