Chief Executive Officer and Director

Eric Shepcaro is responsible for leading and directing the strategy, growth and operations of the company. He joined Telx® with over 25 years of experience working in the network/IT industries in both public and startup companies. Most recently he worked for AT&T, where he served as senior vice president of Business Development and Emerging Services and chaired AT&T's Emerging Technology Customer Board. He has also held executive positions at Netelligence Technologies, Digital Island, which was sold to Cable & Wireless, and Sprint. Shepcaro holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry events and has published several papers. 

President and Chief Financial Officer

Chris Downie is responsible for the company's finance, human resources, procurement, marketing, IT and administration initiatives. He brings over 18 years of experience working in the finance and telecommunications industries. Downie came to Telx from Motient Corporation, where he served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and principal executive officer. He has also held financial leadership positions at Communications & Technology Advisors and BroadStreet Communications, Inc. Prior to this operating sale, Downie served in the investment banking divisions of Daniels & Associates, LP and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Downie received his MBA from New York University and his BA from Dartmouth College.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Clayton Mynard is responsible for the company’s legal and compliance function.  Prior to joining Telx, he served as Associate General Counsel of Equinix, Inc. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Secretary of Switch & Data Facilities Company, Inc. for the period prior to its IPO until its sale to Equinix.  He was formerly General Counsel to Communications Equity Associates, an international investment and merchant bank specializing in the media, communications and Internet industries and has served in other corporate legal departments and in private practice.  Mr. Mynard holds a J.D. from the University of Florida and a Bachelors degree from Florida State University.  Mr. Mynard is a member of the Florida Bar Association.

Executive Vice President of Sales

Bill Kolman is responsible for directing and implementing the company’s sales strategy. Prior to joining Telx, Kolman served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at SAVVIS, a leading provider of managed hosting, utility computing and network services. Kolman has over 31 years of experience in a variety of technology-based senior sales management positions. Kolman previously served as SVP at AT&T, SVP and Sector Head at Concert, as well as holding senior management positions at Nortel Networks, Sprint, and Tri-State Telephone. Kolman holds a BA in Psychology from Dominican College and was a member of the inaugural Telecom Master’s Program at New York University and is a past Board Member of NY Junior Achievement and NY USO.

Executive Vice President of Operations

Michael Terlizzi is responsible for facility construction and the day-to-day operations of Telx’s facilities. Prior to joining Telx, Terlizzi was the director of operations for ARBROS Communications. Prior to that, he was the director of network planning and engineering for Network Plus, where he was responsible for designing, procuring and managing its long-haul and metropolitan network. Terlizzi has also held technical positions at AT&T and WorldCom/MFS. He holds a BS degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Vice President of Finance, CPA

John Miller is responsible for the company’s financial planning and analysis, procurement, revenue assurance process, project tracking, and investor relations. Miller’s team supports the organization in developing, evaluating, tracking, and analyzing financial plans and strategic decisions.  Miller joined Telx in 2007 with over 19 years of experience working in finance and telecommunications.  Most recently he headed up the financial planning and analysis group at GS1 US, a supply chain standards firm.  Previously he has held senior financial positions at KMC Telecom and AT&T.  Miller has an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and a BS in Accounting from Saint Peter’s College. 

Vice President of Information Technology and HR

Daniel Wolfe is responsible for business application initiatives as well as strategic HR learning and development programs.  He has led IT for global organizations for over 12 years, mostly focused on ERP, CRM and EAI integration projects.  Prior to Telx, Wolfe led IT and HR initiatives for global manufacturers, technology, and business process outsourcing companies.  He holds a BA from SUNY Geneseo and an MSW in Non Profit Administration from Yeshiva University.

Head of the Ethernet Exchange and Interconnection Products

Christopher Eldredge is responsible for product management of Telx’s Ethernet Exchange and interconnection products.  Eldredge joined Telx from Broadview Network where he served as executive vice president of Alternate Channels and Carrier Services. Previously, Eldredge held senior positions at Frontier Communications and Cablevision Lightpath.  Mr. Eldredge holds a MBA from Dowling College, and an MA in Public Relations and Advertising from New York Institute of Technology. He received a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University where he earned a full four-year athletic scholarship.
