As part of our InterConnection Center services within our C³ Cloud Connection Centers™, Telx Direct Connect enables circuit interconnections of every physical media type through passive interconnection panels. It is through these connections that customers join a dynamic network enabling them to buy, sell and exchange traffic within the Telx CBX Online portal.
Telx customers gain access to our InterConnection Center by running bulk cable (cross connect) from their equipment (i.e., rack, cabinet or cage) into our InterConnection Center, terminating on panels that they own. Additionally, riser fiber is used for intra-building and multi-floor extensions. There are numerous media types that can be used for connection.
