Telx acquired its colocation facility at 300 Boulevard East in December 2006. From that time, Telx has been the leading colocation and interconnection service provider within the building.

300 Boulevard East is a strategically located building that services New York City and Northern New Jersey Markets. This facility provides access to hundreds of the leading domestic and international carriers and physical connections points of the world's telecommunications networks and internet backbones. This facility provides low-latency access to financial exchange and applications providers, media and content providers, software-as-a-service providers and numerous enterprises.
