NYCC_Website_018 At Telx, we understand the responsibility we have in keeping your mission critical data center operations safe and secure.  As such, we’ve implemented security procedures designed to ensure access is tightly controlled.  Below is a short video on the security methods we employ across our C³ Cloud Connection Centers™.

As the video illustrates, access to Telx C³ Cloud Connection Centers™, including InterConnection Centers, is controlled by building security and badge access systems, as well as biometric systems to prevent unauthorized users from entering the center.  In addition, our C³ data centers are physically segregated from general building access.

Surveillance cameras are located at strategic areas within each center and all surveillance recordings are maintained for a minimum of 30 days on DVR. Environmental equipment including HVAC, UPS, PDU, generators, adequate lighting and fire suppression are also present at each center. In addition, all data center equipment is meticulously maintained at scheduled intervals.

While at times extra security measures may seem excessive, we know that our customers appreciate the level of security we require to protect their colocated servers, cloud environments and other IT infrastructure.
